Agrofirm management actively supports and finances successful internships at educational institutions and therefore this year we re-organized and held a competition at Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University to form a talent pool of young specialists for their further employment. The competition was held in three stages for students of the following specialties - agronomists, mechanics, economists, lawyers.

At the Plenary Session "On the same wave with young specialists" at Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University a solemn awarding ceremony was held. Based on the results of all stages, the winners were determined by a commission and awarded with Certificates of Merit from Agrofirma and cash prizes of 50,000, 25,000 and 12,500 rubles:

Ilya Vasilyev, Minister of Agriculture of Krasnoyarsk Krai, at the opening of the Plenary Session "On the same wave with young specialists" emphasized that the unique measures of personnel support for young people in rural areas, which operate in the Krai, have shown their effectiveness and soundness.
